The Suspended Vibrating Blanket Concentrator is an innovative leap forward in fine mineral recovery. Built upon the foundation of a traditional miner's sluice box, this equipment integrates a suspended, high-frequency reciprocating transmission device. This dynamic vibration completely solves the age-old problem of sluice carpets "slating" or packing hard with heavy black sands.
By keeping the mineral bed constantly loose, this Vibrating Gold Carpet Machine allows ultra-fine, microscopic heavy minerals to continuously sink into the fibers of the blanket. It is engineered specifically for the highly efficient recovery of materials below -80 mesh (0.18mm), making it the ultimate tool for capturing micro-fine gold, tungsten, tin, and rare earths.
Operating entirely on physical gravity and vibration—with zero chemical additives—this Fine Gold Sluice Box is an ideal, environmentally friendly solution for tailings reprocessing and primary fine-grain concentration.
The vibrating blanket concentrator is widely used as a scavenger or fine-recovery unit:
We manufacture these units in various lengths and widths to match your required throughput. The optimal feed concentration for all models is below 35%.

A: Periodically, the feed is stopped and the water is left running clear. The gold-catching blanket (miner's moss) is removed from the chute and thoroughly washed into a tub. The highly concentrated material collected in the tub is then taken to a Shaking Table or a panning dish for final cleanup.
A: Mesh refers to the number of openings per square inch on a screen. "-80 mesh" means the particles are smaller than 0.177mm (177 microns). This is incredibly fine, almost like powdered sugar. Traditional sluice boxes struggle to catch gold this fine, which is why the vibrating blanket concentrator is necessary.
