The Multi-Layer Shaking Table (also known as a Multideck or Suspended Shaking Table) is an innovative gravity separation equipment designed to solve the biggest problem in concentration plants: floor space. By stacking multiple fiberglass decks (typically 2 to 4 layers) vertically, this machine multiplies your processing capacity by 3 to 5 times per square meter compared to traditional single-deck tables.
Beyond space savings, our Suspended Shaking Table features a revolutionary self-balancing inertia mechanism. Unlike older 6-S models that require massive, expensive poured-concrete foundations to absorb the shaking forces, this suspended design produces no vertical jump. It can be bolted directly onto light steel frames or installed on upper-level floors of multi-story processing plants.
Capable of handling fine particle sizes ranging from 2mm down to 0.022mm, this Double Deck Shaker Table (and multi-deck variants) is highly effective for the roughing, cleaning, and scavenging of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, and other heavy metals.

Multideck tables are ideal for high-capacity flowsheets and space-restricted environments (like floating dredges or containerized plants):

Below are the standard specifications for our Double-Layer (DL) models. Similar to our standard tables, these can be configured with specific deck surfaces for Coarse Sand or Fine Sand. Triple and Quad-deck configurations are available upon custom request.

A: No! This is the biggest advantage of the suspended/inertia design. Because the internal mechanism cancels out the vertical vibration (self-balancing), you can bolt it directly to a standard steel frame. This makes it incredibly popular for high-rise concentrator buildings and mobile/skid-mounted wash plants.
A: The machine uses a specially designed top-mounted slurry distributor. The incoming pipe feeds the distributor, which then evenly splits the slurry into separate pipes that feed the individual layers perfectly, ensuring each deck operates at optimal capacity.
