V. Working Principle
The materials are evenly distributed on the surface of the first roller through the vibrating feeder, the magnetic minerals are adsorbed under the magnetic field and rotate with the magnetic roller to the unloading area; the non-magnetic materials are thrown down under the centrifugal force. When the configuration of multiple rollers, the materials pass through the magnetic rollers in order to carry out multi-stage sorting, and each roller can be set with different magnetic field strength and rotation direction according to the needs to realize precise separation.
