CTS(N.B) series permanent magnet wet magnetic separator is a professional equipment designed for wet sorting of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals. Recommended CTB type semi-countercurrent tank;

Quartz sand iron removal
Recommend CTN type counter-current tank;
Magnetic field strength 3000-4000GS;
Ore feeding size <0.3mm.
Manganese ore roughing
Recommend CTS type downstream tank;
Magnetic field strength 3500-4500GS;
Processing capacity can be increased by 20%.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation points
Base level deviation <1/1000;
Inlet and outlet slurry pipes need to be provided with flexible connection;

Daily maintenance

Common troubleshooting
