I. Product Overview
CTS(N.B) series permanent magnet wet magnetic separator is a professional equipment designed for wet sorting of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals. It adopts high-performance rare-earth permanent magnetic material to construct magnetic system, which has the features of stable magnetic field, high sorting efficiency and strong adaptability, etc. The machine is widely used in selecting and purifying iron ore, manganese ore and quartzite. This machine is widely used in the selection and purification of iron ore, manganese ore and other strong magnetic minerals, as well as quartz sand, feldspar and other non-metallic minerals to remove iron purification.

V. Selection Guide

  • Iron ore selection
    Recommended CTB type semi-countercurrent tank;
    Magnetic field strength 4000-5000GS;
    Cylinder speed 20-30rpm.

  • Quartz sand iron removal
    Recommend CTN type counter-current tank;
    Magnetic field strength 3000-4000GS;
    Ore feeding size <0.3mm.

  • Manganese ore roughing
    Recommend CTS type downstream tank;
    Magnetic field strength 3500-4500GS;
    Processing capacity can be increased by 20%.

Installation and Maintenance

  • Installation points
    Base level deviation <1/1000;
    Inlet and outlet slurry pipes need to be provided with flexible connection;
    The magnetic system position is adjusted and locked.

  • Daily maintenance
    Checking cylinder wear every shift;
    Monthly inspection of magnetic field strength;
    Regular cleaning of tank deposits.

  • Common troubleshooting
    Decrease in concentrate grade: check the position of the magnetic system, the amount of flushing water;
    Abnormal vibration: check bearing, coupling alignment;
    Running slurry: adjust the height of overflow weir.
