Program Overview

The core of rock gold mining (vein gold ore) is the efficient recovery of free gold particles from hard rock. Process Flow

Stage 1: Crushing System

Raw ore is evenly fed into the jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, crushing the large ore to medium size; and then through the cone crusher or fine jaw crusher for medium and fine crushing, ultimately crushing the ore to -15mm or finer size, creating conditions for the gold particles to fully dissociate.

Phase II: Grinding and Classification

The crushed ore enters the ball mill, and the impact grinding by steel balls realizes the full dissociation of gold particles and vein stones. After grinding, the slurry is cleaned, classified and de-sludged by the spiral classifier, the qualified fine-grained grade enters into the sorting process, and the coarse-grained grade returns to the ball mill to form a closed-circuit cycle to ensure the grinding efficiency.

The third stage: gravity separation (core link)

Adopting multi-stage joint operation mode, recovering from coarse to fine layer by layer to ensure the highest recovery rate of gold particles of different grain sizes:

• Roughing: jigger utilizes vertical alternating current to efficiently recover medium and coarse-grained gold, with large processing capacity and continuous operation.

• Concentration: Shaking table obtains high grade gold concentrate through asymmetric reciprocating motion, with very high sorting precision.

• Sweeping: Centrifugal concentrators recover fine-grained gold efficiently through centrifugal force field; Plate chute is used as a powerless sweeping equipment, which is low-cost and easy to operate.

Core equipment: jigger, shaking table, centrifugal concentrator, and plate chute.

Stage 4: Concentrate Processing

Heavy sand concentrates are amalgamated to form gold amalgam, and the mercury is recovered by heating distillation to obtain crude gold ingots or high-grade gold concentrates, which can be sent to professional smelters for final purification.
