Process flow

1. Screening and washing stage

Raw ore is firstly classified and cleaned by screening equipment, which effectively removes soil and impurities and creates good conditions for the subsequent gravity beneficiation operation:

• Ordinary materials: into the trommel screen to remove impurities.

• Sticky materials: into the rotary scrubber depth washing, screening

2. Rough separation and enrichment stage

The grading gravity separation strategy is adopted, and the most suitable gravity separation equipment is selected for different particle size materials:
