Principle of operation

• Power transmission: the motor drives the gearbox through the v-belt.

• Grinding wheel operation: the gearbox drives the roller to rotate clockwise.

• Material handling:

  • Crushing: The roller exerts pressure on the material.

  • Mixing: the materials are evenly stirred

• Finished product discharge: the material that reaches the fineness requirement is discharged with water.
