Model SF flotation machine is a high efficient and energy saving self-absorbing mechanical agitation flotation equipment. Product features
The equipment effectively realizes the suspension and recovery of coarse-grained minerals through the unique double-circulation slurry flow mode. Optimized impeller reduces the circumferential speed while ensuring adequate mixing, which greatly extends the life of the impeller and cover plate. Horizontal arrangement without additional foam pumps simplifies the process, reduces investment and operating costs, and provides users with cost-effective flotation solutions.

Working Principle

  • Slurry preparation: Ground ore and chemicals are made into slurry;

  • Air slurry mixing: double-blade impeller strong mixing, inhalation of air to form micro-fine bubbles;

  • Mineralization separation: hydrophobic minerals attach to air bubbles and float, hydrophilic minerals remain in the slurry;

  • Foam collection: forward tilting tank promotes the return of foam, and the scraper discharges the mineralized foam layer.
