Product Overview
Three Disk Magnetic Separator (Three Disk Dry Strong Magnetic Separator) is a highly efficient mineral sorting equipment, specially designed for the separation and purification of all kinds of weakly magnetic minerals. Through multi-stage strong magnetic field, this equipment can realize accurate separation of more than ten kinds of minerals, such as ilmenite, rare earth ore, chromite, etc. It can also be used for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals, and it is one of the key equipments for mine selecting operation.

Working Principle
Pre-treatment stage:
Raw materials are removed by vibrating screen
Weak magnetic drum removes strong magnetic material
Magnetic separation:
Primary disk: separation of strong magnetic minerals (such as magnetite)
Secondary disk: separation of medium magnetic minerals (such as ilmenite)
Tertiary disk: selection of weakly magnetic minerals (such as rare earth ores)
