Product Overview
Desliming Hopper (Cone Classifier) is a simple structure, no power required classification and desliming equipment, adopting inverted conical design, which is mainly used for desliming, classification and thickening operation of mineral slurry. This equipment plays an important role in the process of hydraulic classification, grinding process and mineral slurry separation, and can effectively improve the processing efficiency of the subsequent equipment.
Working Principle
Slurry feeding: the slurry enters the center feeding cylinder along the tangential direction.
Buffer diffusion: the slurry is buffered by the bottom edge of the cylinder and then flows to the periphery in a radial shape.
Sedimentation and separation: Coarse particles settle to the bottom to form sedimentary sand.
Overflow discharge: Fine particles follow the surface slurry into the overflow tank.
Sediment discharge: the bottom sediment is regularly discharged through the sand discharge port.
