Product Overview
DYTA-7750 Hydraulic Radial Jigger is a high-efficiency re-election equipment comprehensively upgraded on the basis of traditional circular jigger. It adopts mechanical-hydraulic drive device, which pushes the main transmission cylinder through cam, converts electric energy into mechanical energy and hydraulic energy in turn, and drives the jigging cone bucket to realize up and down reciprocating pulsation. The equipment is equipped with electromagnetic speed-regulating asynchronous motor, which supports stepless stroke adjustment from 0 to 90 times/minute, and is widely applied to sorting of alluvial gold, alluvial tin, diamond, tungsten, manganese, hematite and other minerals.
Compared with the traditional jigger, DYTA-7750 hydraulic jiggerhas significant advantages such as large jigging area, strong processing capacity, energy saving and water saving, and compact structure, etc. It is especially suitable for the roughing operation environment such as gold mining ship, and has been successfully applied in many projects at home and abroad with excellent beneficiation effect.
