I. Product Overview
GX type high-efficiency thickener is a new generation of solid-liquid separation equipment, which adopts unique structural design and can realize the excellent performance of large processing capacity and high underflow concentration without adding flocculant. The diameter of this series of equipment ranges from 3.6 meters to 20 meters, which is widely used in the concentration and dewatering operation of mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries.

• No flocculant condition: directly choose the standard model.

• Add flocculant: need to order dosing system (model + FY).

• Special materials: high viscosity or easy to foam materials are recommended to increase the model by one grade.

Installation and maintenance
1. Installation points

• Level deviation of foundation ≤ 2mm/m

• Verticality of center column ≤ 1/1000

• Before trial operation, it should be filled with water to test the sealing.
